DECLARATION OF CONSUMABLE STORES ON BOARD VESSEL
This Form is used to declare all the goods for the consumption of the Crew and/or Passengers and should include all food and beverages.
What happens to Consumable Stores when there are more stores than can be used during the voyage?
If, in the opinion of the Proper Officer, there are more stores than the vessel needs, the excess may be sealed by the Proper Officer or Duty Paid.
Does Consumable Stores only include food and drinks?
No. Consumable Stores also include items needed for the operation of the vessel; for example, oil paint, rope, etc.
Is there any cost for the Form?
There are no costs for this Form.
However, costs are incurred when the Vessel is being "Entered" (Form C2).
