Companion Bird Permit

Description:

This service is intended to allow persons to import and export companion birds.

Prerequisite:

There are no prerequisites for this service.

Attachments:

Instructions:

1.	Applicant completes and submits the Application to Import Domestic Animals.
2.	Applicant pays the relevant fee for the Permit.
3.	Upon approval, the Applicant is issued with Permit.
4.	Applicant submits the CITIES Import/Export Certificate, Completed Veterinarian Form and Cat Permit to an Agricultural Officer and Customs Officer at the port of entry or departure.

Fee:

BS$10.00 processing fee plus 12% VAT
BS$5.00 faxing fee if needed plus 12% VAT
