| 1. | Submit to the Department of Marine Resources proof of application or possession of the document stated in the above section | | 2. | Indicate electronic address so that results of the processing of the application may be forwarded once completed. | | 3. | Visit the Department of Marine Resources or local Family Island Administrator, after being informed to do so to collect the issued permit. |
